WEDDING
SERVICE & PHOTO-CALL

Designed for Register Offices and Licensed Venues. At
the front of the DVD we place the titles for your wedding
accompanied by our introductory wedding music.
Recording starts with the arrival of guests and the
wedding party followed by the wedding ceremony, vows and
exchange of rings. We record the photo-call and again add
music if requested.
The recording finishes once the confetti has been thrown
and the newly married couple leave for their reception.
Concluding the video we add a final music track and
titles with the location of the ceremony.
We can add music of your choice for an additional fee
to cover the license.
This service includes one fully edited and authored
DVD with chapters, presented in personalised case.

STANDARD
WEDDING SERVICE

At the front of the DVD we would put the titles of
your wedding accompanied by your choice of music.
The coverage would start at the Bride or Groom’s
house while they are making their preparations.
At the wedding ceremony we would record the arrival of
the guests, the Groom and his Best man and then the
arrival of the Bridal party.
We capture the ceremony the photo-call and the couple
leaving to attend their reception.
Also included at the reception are the arrival of the
guests and the receiving line.
Concluding the video we add a final music track with
video stills taken during the day. This service includes
two fully edited and authored DVDs with chapters,
presented in personalised cases.

DELUXE
WEDDING SERVICE

As
the Standard Wedding Service but recording is extended to
include the speeches after the Wedding Breakfast, guest
interviews (if required), and finally the first
dance.
Concluding the video we add a final music track with
video stills taken during the day.
Titles are also added with the Bride and Groom’s
name, the location of the ceremony and the reception.
This service includes three fully edited and authored
DVDs with chapters presented in personalised cases.
This service can be extended further into the
evening.
WEDDING VIDEO EXAMPLES
Please note:
The examples here are extracts from completed videos, set
to music and highly compressed!
Finished videos are between 30 minutes and 2 hours
depending on the coverage and include titles at the
beginning and end.
Music tracks are used during the introduction, for some
of the photocall and at the
end.

Weddings
Dance schools and drama groups. Presentations, awards
and competitions videod.
CELEBRATION VIDEOS
As well as videoing
weddings which are detailed below, we also video all
other social events including engagements, parties,
anniversaries and other special occasions.
For most special occasions we will place we would place
titles, date, music and if required any photographs
related to your celebration.
At the venue we would video the arrival of relatives and
guests.
We video any announcements, speeches or presentations
during the event and if requested any informal interviews
of guests who would like to record their own special
messages.
Following this would be an informal coverage of the event
capturing the dancing and socialising of the guests which
is later enhanced during editing with appropriate
effects, cuts, fades and transitions.
The video would conclude with closing titles and still
images reviewing the events we have recorded accompanied
by a sound track of your choice.
Because we use high quality digital video cameras, still
images from the recording can be made into photographs,
although the size is limited.
We have produced
training videos for Essex County Council, educational
videos for Havering Social Services and promotional
videos for Havering Adult College.
Other clients include
building companies, retail outlets, printers,
manufacturers, colleges, local government and
solicitors.
